PENDLETON — A 26-year-old North Tonawanda Man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, speed in zone, moving from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and unlicensed operation following an April 24 traffic stop on Fisk Road.
According to NYSP, Paul N. Henn was stopped for traveling 59 mph in a posted 45 mph zone, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and took him to the Lockport Troopers’ barracks for processing where he consented to a breath test that recorded a .24 percent blood alcohol content. 
He was released on traffic tickets and is due back in Lockport Court at a later date.
