ALBANY — The College of Saint Rose in Albany congratulates Elijah McWhinney of Perry on being inducted into the Theta Nu chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma, The National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
McWhinney is a senior at Saint Rose majoring in criminal justice, behavior and law.
