On April 20, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Jerica R. Vaughn, 29, of Salamanca, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a two-car accident on Buffalo Road in the town of Allegany determined Vaughn had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed a standardized field sobriety test at the scene. Vaughn was then arrested and transported to Olean General Hospital for evaluation. She refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
Vaughn was released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where she is due to appear in June.
