On April 20, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Matthew T. Henry, 33, of Arkport, NY for Assault 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating an incident at a location on Jackson Street in the village of Canaseraga determined Henry had sprayed another party with pepper spray.
Henry was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Burns Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
