PERSIA — On 4-18-2020, Troopers arrested Elias S. Victor, 20, of Salamanca, NY for common law DWI.
Troopers responded for a car in the ditch on Broadway Rd in the Town of Persia. The investigation revealed that Victor appeared to be highly intoxicated and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.
Victor was subsequently transported to Bertrand Chaffee hospital due to injuries associated with the accident. While at the hospital, Victor refused a chemical blood test and was subsequently arrested for DWI. Victor to appear in Persia Town Court on a later date.
