On January 1, 2024, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Harold Jemison-Pointer, 30 of Buffalo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08% and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On January 1, 2024, at 10:20 A.M., Troopers stopped Jemison-Pointer on State Route 19 in the town of Leroy for traffic infractions. While interviewing Jemison-Pointer, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Jemison-Pointer was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Batavia for processing. Jemison-Pointer recorded a .15% BAC.
Jemison-Pointer was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Leroy Court for a later date in January 2024.
