A 34-year-old Wellsville man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on November 13, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on State Route 19 in the town of Scio stemming from an earlier complaint at Crosby’s Mini Mart in the town of Amity, officers observed Simon P. Gogolack to be in possession of small quantities of crack cocaine and marijuana, along with items of drug paraphernalia.
Gogolack was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Scio Court in December.
