A 53-year-old Belfast man was charged with Criminal Trespass on November 14, 2018 after entering his neighbor’s home.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the report of an unwanted person entering a home on Main Street in Belfast and determined that Kenneth G. Barth had entered his neighbor’s residence without permission.
Barth was arrested and arraigned in Friendship Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in Belfast Town Court later this month.
