A 54-year-old Chaffee man was charged with Felony DWI on November 2, 2018 following a singe-vehicle traffic accident.
According to New York State Troopers, during their investigation of a one-car accident on State Route 19 in the town of Hume, officers observed that Scott L. Stocker was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC.
Stocker was arraigned in Hume Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
