A 39-year-old Olean woman was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on November 3, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on Five Mile Road in the town of Allegany, officers observed that Alycia A. Tracy was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. She was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC. Tracy was also found to be in possession of several alprazolam pills for which she did not have a prescription.
Tracy was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Allegany Town Court later this month.
