A 19 year old Randolph man was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on August 1, 2018 following a domestic disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a residence in Randolph for a domestic incident where the investigation revealed that Mark Lindquist had slapped the victim in the face.
A court summons was issued and served upon Lindquist, who is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court on a later date.
