According to New York State Police. Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Kimberly McMurray’s vehicle. Troopers administered standardized field sobriety tests, which indicated McMurray was intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where she was found to have a .09% BAC.
McMurray was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to Olean City Court at a later date.
