Hello Metalheads! This is John back with another album review! Kill Karl, the co-worker culture music maker, released his second album called Just The Tip on September 18th, 2026. This toilet humor is cranked up even more so get ready!
I am a huge fan of Kill Karl, I love how vulgar and quite frankly hilarious he is. I stated in my review of his first album Suck on My Album that he sounds like Eminem, System of a Down and the humor of South Park combined. He really kept to that sound, but added a few things into it. Coffee Makes Me Shit where Karl leaned way into the System of a Down sounding stuff. The frantic nature and odd singing styles used in passages really made me think of them.
My favorite song of the album is Not Today Bitch. As the title of the track suggests, its more about not giving a shit. The vulgarity of the track combined with the alliteration makes me love the track. It also has a NU-Metal kind of sound during the verse that reminds me of a lot of old music and it’s great!
I could keep going on and on about this album, it’s fantastic. On my personal scale I give Just The Tip a 10/10 and it will be in constant rotation along with Karl’s first album.
