ALLEGANY — A 28-year-old Hamburg man was charged Friday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, during follow-up investigation after a routine traffic stop in the town of Allegany, Troopers discovered Frank S. Miniri, Jr., to be in possession of hydrocodone and marijuana.
Miniri was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Great Valley Town Court in August.
