CUBA — A 64-year-old Cuba man was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a crash.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a one-car accident with a truck on its side at the intersection of Wolf Creek Road and Haskell Road. While interviewing Ralph W. Ingerson, the odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. Field sobriety tests were conducted, which Ingerson subsequently failed.  He was arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Clarksville Court on Feb. 21.
