A crafted dining experience consisting of one of a kind, five course pairings teamed up with Treasury Wine Estates. Each course paired with a hand selected wine while taking in all the views that Buffalo’s highest rooftop bar has to offer.
Please note that space is limited and only 36 tickets will be sold for the event.

COURSE 1 • Lobster Deviled Egg
Chopped claw and knuckle lobster meat, hard-boiled egg, tobiko, gochujang powder

COURSE 2 • Whipped Ricotta Crostini
Ricotta, roasted tomatoes, lemon zest, basil chiffonade

COURSE 3• Asian BBQ Ribs
Pork spare ribs, hoisin sauce, sesame, pickled daikon and carrot
Paired with: Tapestry Red Blend 2021, Paso Robles CA
COURSE 4 • Salmon Beurre Blanc
Seared Salmon, roasted summer squash and red peppers, mixed greens, Dijon butter sauce
Paired with: Lyric Pinot Noir, Monterey County CA
COURSE 5 • Lemon Curd Tart
Lemon custard, Pate brisee, toasted meringue, macerated berries
Paired with: Gabbiano Prosecco DOC, Vaneto Italy
