SINCLAIRVILLE — A prisoner being arraigned on a felony charge at the Charlotte Town Court escaped custody of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office this morning.
According to CCSO, 34-year-old Jacob M. Raynor is 170 pounds and six-feet tall. He was last known to be handcuffed and wearing a black shirt and hat. Police say he is not armed and not considered to be dangerous, but local schools were notified of his escape.
The public is asked to call 911 with any information including his whereabouts.
