Thelma A. Swan passed away December 4, 2016. Born December 5, 1929 in Franklin, PA she was the daughter of William and Frances (Karchner) Prenatt. She was a graduate from Roberts Beauty School in Buffalo and worked for Harrison Radiator in production retiring in 1990. Thelma was predeceased by her husband whom she married December 2, 1950, LaVerne “Bubby” Swan, he passed away August 16, 1972.
Thelma is survived by her children David L. (Diane) Swan, Debra (John) Wolford and late Daryl L. Swan; grandchildren Angel Ann (Anthony Coppola) Swan and Brandon Wolford; great grandson Enzo Coppola; sister of the late Clara (Glen) Cooper, Betty Husing and Richard Prenatt.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, Dec. 8th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home where services will follow at 7 PM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Donations to the Covenant United Church of Christ, 4449 Main St., Gasport, NY 14067 would be appreciated.
