ALLEGANY — A 22-year-old Bradford, Pa. man was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Colton H Holzwarth was stopped for traffic violations when Troopers smelled marijuana. Holzwarth was then found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe.
He was issued appearance and traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Allegany later this month.
