NIAGARA FALLS — A 34-year-old Sanborn man was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Pine Avenue.

According to New York State Police, Glenn Fair was stopped at approximately 10:59 p.m. for failure to keep right. During the subsequent interview, he was determined to be intoxicated and taken to the Niagara Trooper’s barracks for processing, where he was found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content.

Fair was issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
