Spectrum Call Center Hiring Event

Spectrum plans to hire up to 100 Customer Service Representatives at its Spectrum Mobile Call Center in Amherst now through the end of 2024. Spectrum continues their hiring of Mobile Customer Service Representatives to provide activation and support to Spectrum Mobile customers, in a fast-paced, modern call center. These roles offer competitive hourly wages starting at $20 an hour, with an additional $.75 an hour shift differential for evening work hours and growth potential.

An on-site hiring event is being held on Tuesday, March 26, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Amherst Call Center, located 3920 Main St. (on the corner of Eggert & Main, near UB South).

Interested applicants will have the opportunity to speak with members of the Spectrum leadership team and ask any additional questions about the company.  Applicants are highly encouraged to apply and complete the required assessment online at jobs.spectrum.com/amherst-mobile prior to attending event, as we anticipate this to be a high-volume event. Priority will be given to those who have completed the application and assessment prior to the hiring event. Candidates are encouraged to bring a resume and professional dress is encouraged.
