LEWISTON — On May 3, 2024, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Garrienve M. Howard, 35 of Niagara Falls, NY.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Howard was arrested on the following charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree.
- Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
- Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
Howard was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
