PRESS RELEASE
On April 13th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Ryan Richard, 31, of Falconer, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Richard was pulled over on West Main Street in Falconer for a traffic violation and during the traffic stop, Richard was found to be in possession of two marijuana cigarettes. Richard was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court on a later date.
