On April 14th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Deven Dudenhoeffer, 30, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Dudenhoeffer was pulled over on Route 62 in Kennedy for traffic violations and after failing several SFSTs, Dudenhoeffer was placed under arrest. Dudenhoeffer was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .14. Dudenhoeffer was then processed, issued traffic tickets and released. Dudenhoeffer is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court later in the month.
