On March 13, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Noah Smith, 23, of Limestone, and Jacob W. Crawford 21, of Allegany, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined Smith and Crawford had stolen merchandise valued at $85.97.
Smith and Crawford were arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where they are due to appear later this month.
