On March 10, 2022, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) arrested Kaiyah S. Heinrich, 24 of Cheektowaga, NY for Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd (D Felony).
The BCI were contacted by the NYS Department of Health with a possible forged instrument case. Further investigation revealed that Heinrich was in possession of two forged CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Record Cards. After consultation with the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, Heinrich was arrested and arraigned in the town of Clarence Court. Heinrich was release on her own recognizance and is ordered to re-appear in the town of Cheektowaga Court on later in March 2022.
