WELLSVILLE – A 60-year-old Independence man was charged Wednesday with petit larceny, accused of stealing from Short’s Convenience Store on State Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Craig J. Miller was charged following a criminal investigation.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wellsville Court on Wednesday.
