ANGELICA — A 35-year-old Cuba woman was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, obstructing government administration and resisting arrest following a traffic stop on State Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Khristina A. Dix was the front seat passenger of a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. She became disorderly and while being taken into custody, she struck the arresting Troopers.
Dix was processed at SP Amity and arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court. She was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$15,000 bond and is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Angelica Court tonight.
