WILLING — A 21-year-old Genesee, Pa. man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Timothy R. Mattison was stopped for making an improper U-Turn and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .13 percent blood alcohol content.
Mattison was issued tickets to appear before the Town of Willing Court on June 8.
