WILLING — A 29-year-old Wellsville man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 19.
According to New York State Police, James R. Waters was stopped for speeding on Friday and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to SP Amity and found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.
He was released on tickets to appear before the Town of Willing Court on June 8.
