AMHERST — A 24-year-old Buffalo man was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Daniel Schlant was pulled over for speeding on the Millersport Highway and determined to be intoxicated. He was transported to SP Lockport where he provided a breath sample of .14 percent.
Schlant was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Amherst Court.
