LIMESTONE — A 20-year-old Bradford, Pa. man was charged Sunday following a one-car crash on Church Street.

According to New York State Police, during their investigation of the crash, Timothy M. Schuster, the driver, was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Schuster was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.10% BAC.

Schuster was issued appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear in July.
