ARCADE — New York State Police charged a 29-year-old Arcade man with driving while intoxicated and traffic infractions following a Thursday morning property damage collision on Curriers Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the crash scene around 1:30 a.m., where they charged Justin A. Schaefer with driving while intoxicated, moving from the lane unsafely and unlicensed operation.
Schaefer was transported to SP Machias for processing, where he recored a .11 percent blood alcohol content. He was issued tickets returnable in the Town of Arcade later this month.
