BUFFALO — The 37th annual Corpus Christi’s Polish Harvest Festival opens this morning with an 11:30 a.m. Mass at Corps Christi Church, followed by festivities galore beginning at 12:30 p.m.

The festival offers Polish food all day long including Polish beer and wine in a commemorative festival mug. There’s also a basket raffle and 50/50, DJ Red spinning “polish favorites” at 2 p.m. and the Special Delibery Polka Band at 5 p.m.

Sunday, the festival continues with a Harvest Festival Mass inside the church at 11 a.m. More food (including a chicken BBQ from noon to 3 p.m.) More beer. More wine. And more entertainment from DJ Red and Special Delivery. The basket and raffle drawings will be pulled at 6 p.m. And the festival closes for another season at 9 p.m.

Admission is just $1 or three non-perishable food items, which will be given to the Food Bank of WNY.
