New York State Police charged several people with DWI from Friday through today. Those charged include:

  • Devin Paluh, 21 of Clarence, charged with DWI and speeding on Transit Road in Clarence after providing a breath sample of .14 percent blood alcohol content.
  • Dawn Rehwaldt, 55 of Clarence, charged with DWI on Davison Road in Clarence after providing a breath sample of .17 percent blood alcohol content.
  • Andrew Niemet, 32 of Lancaster, charged with DWI on Genesee Street in Alden after providing a breath sample of .13 percent blood alcohol conten.
  • Rosanna Szymanski, 60 of East Amherst, charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs while on Main Road in Newstead. Szymanski provided a blood sample and was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Murad Ramadan, 43 of Tonawanda was charged with DWI on Genesee Street in Alden after providing a breath sample of .15 percent blood alcohol.
  • Katie Bates, 30 of Grand Island, charged with aggravated DWI on Genesee Street in Alden after providing a breath sample of .18 percent blood alcohol.
