Edna G. Rider passed away July 8, 2019 in Niagara Hospice House. Born August 1, 1939 in Ransomville she was the daughter of Donald and Gladys (Schultz) Woolson. Edna worked for Steve Hahn Flowers in Lockport where she was a florist and she enjoyed gardening. She is predeceased by her loving husband John Rider who passed away in 1972.
Edna is survived by her devoted children Kevin Rider and Pamela Rider; beloved siblings Robert (late Patricia) Woolson, Glenn (late Shirley) Woolson, Marjorie (late Donald) Smith, and the late Carl (late Laura “Pearl”) Woolson and James (Carol) Woolson; also survived by several cherished nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, July 11th from 4-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Friday, July 12th at 11 AM.
