BRANT — A 22-year-old Dunkirk man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop earlier this month on Route 5.
New York State Police say Mathew A. Mason was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of a metal grinder containing approximately .28 grams of marijuana and a glass smoking device containing burnt marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Brant Court of Feb. 22.
