YORKSHIRE — A 57-year-old Yorkshire man was charged Friday night with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Savage Road.
According to New York State Police, Philip M. Osborne was stopped around 9:40 p.m. for failing to maintain lane and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Machias Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
Osborne was released with orders to appear in Town of Yorkshire Court later this month.
