On April 28, 2020, SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Tony J. Beckhorn Jr., 21, of Granger, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on County Road 31 in the town of Friendship, Beckhorn was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Beckhorn was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.
Beckhorn was released with appearance tickets for Friendship Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
