On 4-29-2020, Troopers arrested Gregory Schroeder, 38, of Cherry Creek, NY for Criminal Possession of a Control Substance in the 7th Degree.
Troopers conducted a traffic stop of a grey sedan on State Route 83 in the Town of Cherry Creek. During the investigation of the stop, the Troopers observed in plain view what appeared to be a clear bag of crystal methamphetamines on the front passenger seat. While, Schroeder was taken into custody by the Troopers, he was found in possession of another bag of crystal methamphetamines on his person. Schroeder was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Control Substance in the 7th degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, and other associated VTL infractions. Schroeder was released on an Appearance Ticket and Traffic Tickets to appear in Cherry Creek Town Court in June.
