On June 30, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Robert E. Quinlan, 52, of Olean, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Homer Street in the city of Olean, Quinlan was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Quinlan was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.16% BAC.
Quinlan was released with appearance tickets for Olean City Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
