On June 28, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Nathan M. Bailey, 27, of Alden, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Bailey was operating a 2011 BMW on Townline Road in the town of Alden when he veered off the roadway onto a lawn. Further investigation revealed Bailey had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Bailey failed standard field sobriety tests at the scene and was transported to SP Alden for processing where he submitted to a chemical breath test indicating a 0.18% BAC.
Bailey was released with appearance tickets for the town of Alden court for future arraignment.
