BROCKPORT, N.Y.—Brockport tallied the game-winner with just over a minute remaining in the second overtime to capture a 2-1 victory over visiting Buffalo State in a SUNYAC contest this afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Buffalo State starting goalkeeper Taylor Carillo (Pine Bush/Pine Bush) left the game injured just three minutes into the contest and was replaced by field player Emma Krenzer (Scottsville/Aquinas).
- The Golden Eagles opened the scoring in the 37th minute on a penalty kick.
- Buffalo State knotted the game at 1-1 just over four minutes later when Emma Boccolucci (West Seneca/West Seneca East) connected on a header at the back post off a corner kick from Allie Reeds(E. Amherst/Williamsville South).
- The Bengals could not produce another goal however, despite controlling much of the play for the duration of regulation.
- Brockport was the aggressor in the extra periods and finally ended the game in the 109th minute on its sixth shot of overtime.
- Krenzer finished with eight saves in her first goalkeeping action.
- Brockport ended with a 20-18 advantage in shots, while the Bengals held a 7-2 edge in corner kicks.
FOR THE FOES
- Maddie Sinclair netted the game-winning goal with an assist from Krista Statt.
- Myriah Saar also scored, and Kimberly Lubanski finished with five saves.
