Ronald E. London, Sr., 85, of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 13, 2024. Born in Dubois, PA, he was the son of the late Lucas and Alberta (Abramson) London; and the beloved husband of the late Carole (Shevock) London, whom he married on October 1, 1960 at Prince of Peace Church.

Ron, along with his family, moved to Niagara Falls, NY where he attended local schools and graduated from high school. He was employed by the New York State Park as a Projectionist in the Visitor’s Center for over 17 years prior to his retirement.

Ron was an avid hunter and longtime member of the LaSalle Sportsman Club. He was always a part of the guys, and enjoyed spending time with his buddies in the food court of the mall sharing laughter over a cup coffee. Ron loved providing a helping hand for any project or task in the homes of his dear friends and family. Known as Uncle Grizzley to his loving nieces and nephews, Ron cherished the time spent with his entire family who will miss him dearly.

Mr. London is survived by his children, Ronald (Darlene) London, Jr., Jacqueline (Frederick) Marshall and Gregory (Kristie) London; his grandchildren, Brandon (fiancé Megan) Russell, Mallory (Vince) Puccia, Allison London, Michael (Jesse) Marshall, Mary (Michael) Price, David (Danielle) Marshall, William Jones, Abigail (Ryan) Kinney and Brianna London; his great-grandchildren, Colton, Brock, Emelia, Oliver, Eillie, Taylor, Addison and Mason; his siblings, Paul London, Debra London and Leonard London; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by five siblings, Jack (Dorothy) London, Blair London, Thomas (Virginia) London, Joanne London and Sherri (Al) Joseph.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16 from 10 – 12 Noon at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Lewiston, NY. Memorial offerings may be made to the American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org or the National Kidney Foundation at kidney.org.
