On December 30, 2023, Troopers out of SP Collins arrested Shauna M. Skinner, 36 of Conewango Valley, NY for Grand Larceny 4th degree- credit card and Criminal Impersonation 2nd degree.
On December 26, 2023, Troopers responded to Gowanda Rehab Center in the village of Gowanda. Investigation determined that the 76-year-old victim states his wallet containing his credit card and other items had been taken. During the investigation, the victim’s credit card was used at a pizzeria. Troopers worked with the pizzeria and the Rehab Center in identifying the suspect, Skinner. Skinner was arrested and processed at SP Collins. Skinner was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Persia Court for a later date in January 2024.
