On December 29, 2023, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Dante V. Kinney, 26 of Lockport, NY for Driving While Intoxicated- BAC > 0.08% and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
On December 29, 2023, at 3:12 P.M., Troopers stopped Kinney on Bowmiller Road in the town of Royalton for traffic infractions. While interviewing Kinney, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Kinney was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Lockport for processing. Kinney recorded a .08% BAC.
Kinney was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Royalton Court for a later date in January 2024.
