AAA offers special group travel opportunities for families
It’s time to pack up for a family vacation! AAA booking data shows that families are looking to make cherished memories together, and multi-generational travel is growing in popularity.
In fact, the Family Travel Association reports that 81 percent of parents say they are likely to travel with their children in the next year, and many families are planning to increase or maintain their level of travel spending.
From beach vacations and theme parks to cruises and educational tours, travel offers memorable experiences for every member of the family. And many family members agree that the memories made on vacation truly last a lifetime!
Yet let’s face it – traveling with kids can be challenging. That’s why AAA Western and Central New York has designed a new group travel program, AAA Travel with Kids, for families to enjoy travel that is successful, not stressful!
“AAA identified the need for more group travel opportunities for families, and we created some fun, educational opportunities,” said Carol DiOrio, Vice President of Travel at AAA Western and Central New York. “These trips will allow families to travel together, forge friendships, and have the added benefit of a professional tour manager and pre-planned itineraries to ease the stress that doesn’t have to come with family travel.”
AAA Travel with Kids was designed to provide families with kid-friendly travel opportunities. These trips will have shorter itineraries, and provide meals and attractions suited for children five and older.
