On October 02, 2023 at 10:53 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Ashleigh J. Ferguson, 28 of Lockport, NY for Driving while Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic violations.
On October 02, 2023, Troopers stopped Ferguson on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a traffic infraction. While interviewing Ferguson, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present. Ferguson was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Lockport for processing. Ferguson had a reportable BAC of 0.17%.
Ferguson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in October 2023.
