On October 02, 2023 at 5:59 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Wayne T. Bender 53 of Newfane, NY for Petit Larceny.
On October 2, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Walmart on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a reported larceny complaint. Troopers worked with Walmart loss prevention, and it was found that Bender took merchandise and concealed it, passing all points of purchase without paying on three separate occasions. Bender was located on a later date and transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Bender was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in October 2023.
