North Tonawanda’s City Market has been voted the best in the nation.
The market announced the victory on their Facebook page on Thursday and posted the following today:

“Your show of support demonstrated to the entire country that the North Tonawanda City Market is truly a very special experience to behold.
“Our Mayor Austin Tylec helped to spearhead the enthusiasm that was evident throughout this contest
“The media came through like only they can in getting the word out for people to vote. Our schools in Tonawanda, The Bills Mafia and so many organizations jumped on board as the movement just kept building.
“On Saturday, September 30 we will celebrate our #1 ranking with an excited customer appreciation day. Details of this great celebration will be coming shortly.”
